Shrek Day In The Gym

Once upon a time in a faraway kingdom (my gym) I came across an announcement that on a certain date a Shrek Day will be held, with no specifics of what that entails. I got curious and decided to come, even though I didn't plan on going to the gym on that day.

So I came and these were the coaches. First coach is so suspiciously Shrek-shaped that I think he might have been the sole reason they decided to do a Shrek day...
